Staff was always so friendly and helpful, they walked me through the check-in process over the phone since I would be arriving from out of town after hours. Both move-in and move-out was simple and smooth! We got our first sheds in May of 2022 when our Landlord sold our home on short notice. It was a chaotic and turbulent time for us, and we had a hard time finding storage. We walked into this office and was quickly greeted with a smile and a "How can I help?" from Betsy. She was so helpful and walked us through the process, showed us our options and got us out the door quickly. The units we rented (1 climate control, one not) were clean and secure. We have used them for 2 years now, and just went in to arrange to condense those two sheds to one climate control shed. We were happy to see that Betsy was still there. She was patient and talked through all of our options with us and worked through the paperwork with us. The computer had some issues, but she was patient and thorough with figuring those out, and really went the extra mile to make sure everything got documented correctly and we were good to go. Any challenges we have had over the last couple of years have been quickly, efficiently and kindly worked through. We love having our storage here, it feels secure, safe, clean and friendly. We have never had any trouble with security, pests or interactions with staff or other storage users. This is a great facility! And Betsy is the BEST! :)Driving Directions
